tl-p vs tl-s
Alright so I searched to see what I could find and didn't have any success,

So my problem is does the AEM v-1 CAI for a 2000 tl-p fit on an 02 tl-s?

From what i heard it can but will require you to mod the intake. but than again i "heard it" so i would need someone to back me up

direct bolt on NO
but if you cut the tube shorter it will though (type-s has the VSA throttle body)

tl-s throttle body is bigger than the 99-01/02-03 tl-p

No. the TL-S intake is shorter and larger dia.

Injen RD1660 is same size for TL-P and -S.... (as in piping size)

but to make it fit on a Type-S (non 6spd) you'd need to chop up some piping.. (shorten due to VSA)
