Hey everyone,

Im just as to what aftermarket performance modifications people have done to their Type S and what results (horsepower and track times) they have gotten from them. Send picks and info. Also what is the stock 0-60 time on the tl-type s no navigation? Feel free to post any other information for making it a phat and fast ride.

I'd say:

- Headers $1200 (about 30HP peak, at the wheel , Comptech)
- Intake $200-$260 (about 8-12hp, Injen, AEM)
- RES $299 est. (about 12hp and 16lbs of torque) when it's released, do a search on Mystery
Mod for more info)
- Exhaust $400 - $650 (1-3hp, Comptech, HKS)
- Springs $175 - $900 (Comptech, H&R, Eibach, Coilovers)
- Sways $300 (Comptech, Eibach)
- Tires (many)

If you're looking to improve handling first, go tires, sways, springs. If you're looking for performance, see above. They're all mods that are popular on here, and all have a positive affect. It all comes down to how much $$$$ you want to spend.... If you do a search on here you'll find TONS of info....

JB's pretty much right on, the only thing I might switch would be to do sways first for handling.

 

Does anyone know the track time for stock tl-s's (0-60 and 1/4mile)

And have any people with performance mods clocked theres?

 

0-60 you should be able to get it at around 6.3 (low 6)

1/4, it should be mid 14
