TL 2002 shop manual (can't find the oil filter)?
I was going to attempt to change my own oil, but I saw some
stuff in other forums about using a crush washer on plug &
changing the plug once in a while -- got me to thinking there
may be some special stuff. Also, I could not find the oil filter?
Where the heck is it (don't say on the engine block, pluheaase)?
So I started searching for a shop manual for the 02 TL. Couldn't
find one. Found a Chilton for 95-00 models. Does a 3rd party
manual exist for 02 TLs? Can you buy one on CD from Acura
dealer?

Service manual can be purchased from Helm (1-800-782-4356 helminc.com) for $69.00 plus shipping /tax ($80.95). Big fat book with lots of pics and step-by-step instructions - excellent for the do-it-yourselfer.

Turn the front wheels hard to the right and look inside the passenger's side wheel well - you'll be looking right at it or close to it..it might be behind some of the splash guard plastic stuff.
