best value would be bridgestone RE730, although i am not sure if they come in your size. try tirerack.com or tires.com to get the comparision.
they are not going to give you any credit for a set of tires nearly worn out. length of warranty has nothing to do with the residual value of tires.

I need to get some new tires for my accord. 195/65/15's and wanted to know the best one available for good traction and wet traction. I had the michelin mx4+ stock on my car and with 38000, they are nearly worn out. If I brought it into discount tires, will they give me credit for it b/c it has lik 75000 warranty or so?
