Tire Rotation

Just wondering how many of you guys out there are religious about rotating your tires for max usage. And if you guys are DIYers or take it to the shop. I can tell it's time for me to do mine and was wondering what the rest of you guys out there do.

I'm coming up on 15K and going to rotate my tires myself within the next few weeks. The fronts are starting to show wear.

I'm religious with mine... I get my oil changed every 3000-4000 miles and at the same time I get my tires rotated for 24.95. I do this about every 2-3 months and its just easier for me than doing both myself. This is at the dealership.

I do as much as feasibly possible myself...primarily because I have grown to distrust a majority of the shops around me. Gotta love those DIY's!!! I can't say enough how much appreciated everyone's help on this board is too. I was rotating my tires the other day and had a problem. I posted my question, and less than 10 minutes later, I had my answers.

I do mine about every 8-10k miles when I change my wheels and tires. Another month and I'll probably throw the all season with the stock rims back on, that's when they are rotated. I mark which ones were in front last year and which ones were in back so the following change, it's like a rotation.

Wow, I'm slacking big time! I bought my tires about a year ago and put about 20k on these tires and haven't done a rotation yet. I'm riding a bit rough so I guess it's time to break out the hydraulic jacks. Thanks for all your responses.

Since I have high wear Yokohamas, I get them rotated every oil change

scottt are using amsoil...xl 5w-20...with the 7500 mile oil change...i think i will use that oil instead of the series 2000 and the tire rotation at the same time.
