Timing Belt and Water Pump 99

Where is the most affordable place to buy the parts? I am clearing up a little bit with projects and will have some time to do mine.

Thanks!

I was looking at timing belts set that include water pump and Amazon had the best price the other day.

There's an "Aisin" kit that provides the "OEM" parts used by the manufacturer. It appears to be the best all around choice for overall quality. Check for best prices as they will vary, but the full kit can be bought for less than $200 if ya look around some.

Yeah go with an Aisin kit.

Prices vary depending on what parts you get with the kit. I paid about 300 for an Aisin water pump, timing belt tensioner, tensioner pulley, drive belts, timing belt and cam seals.

The water pump that came off the car has a Honda emblem right above the Aisin emblem so its definitely OEM. The shop that did our timing belt said the parts were very good quality (seeing as how they matched the stock stuff, even down to the pulley brand/number)
