Timing Belt/Water Pump

Ok guys i was planning on getting new Timing Belt and Water Pump. I found both brand new OEM for $165. First i want to know if that is a decent deal.

Now my car is close to 94K miles and im 2K miles away from my next oil change. I will also be Sea Foaming my car as well. I got the car when it had 62K miles but i dont think the previous owner replaced the timing belt or water pump. Should i go ahead and spend the money on those two things? Or should i wait?

Also will it be better me take it to the stealership to put in the parts or just go to the autoparts store and rent the tools i need to do it myself?

Any ideas/comments/suggestions are welcome

If it was me I'd just go to a regular car shop and do it.

105K miles is the recommended change interval from Acura. I did mine at 120K and the timing belt still looked good. I also replaced all my belts and tensioner. I did a write-up "120K Service Completed" with pics. You can determine if you wan't to go through all of the work yourself or have someone else do it.
