Timing belt question ..

I have recived some coupons from my local dealer, and one of them says "Timing Belt replacement should be done every 60k miles"
Now I was under the impression that the timing belt doesnt need to be replaced till 105k miles, and that it is covered under the 100k warranty ... so whats up with the 60k mile replacement ?

Replace the timing belt ~100K miles
Replacement is not covered by any warranty

Belts of timing are consider normal wear item
Most of the gen2ers are getting over 100k and the belt is good when replaced. Better that than broken belt and bent valves

Time for the water pump at 100k as well since its right there and a critical part of the engine
