Timing belt issue-rear cam moved

Timing belt issue-rear cam moved

While installing the new timing belt, In noticed that the rear cam gear turn almost a 1/4 turn. Everything was lined up before I removed the old belt, but now it is tough to get back into the correct position. How can I move it back correctly?

put a box wrench on the cam bolt and turn it. The bolt wont loosen up
