Tie Rod Or Rack' N' Pinion???

Has Anyone Ever Change These Parts On Their Tl? My Makes A Noise When I Turn The Steering Wheel Left And Right(jerk The Steering Wheel Left And Right),my Mechanic Told Me Its One Of Those,is It Common?

Nope, haven't heard of people having to replace them, although I'm sure its been done.

How many miles are on the car?

ive noticed the same thing recently. when turning its like a annoying squeaking. any suggestions???? well i just got 105k

Maybe try spraying some kind of lubricant on some of the suspension components and see if it goes away.

i got 75000km(46875miles),i hope it's not the rack n pinion,if it's the tie rod i'll just buy it and bring it to my mechanic,i don't trust the dealer.
