Are we allow to drive in the city with our fogs light on?or ticket?

 

Fogs are legal. I think all states allow up to 4 forward-facing light sources on cars, not counting sidemarkers.

 

I dunno the regulations in Canada but at least in California, you can drive with fogs as long as they come on only when the low beams are on--meaning they can't be on only in conjunction with just parking lights, and they can't be on at all when high beams are on. I believe US-spec TL-S (and probably Canadian-spec too) normally function so as to not allow the two scenarios just mentioned.

Other than that, you can drive whereever and whenever you want with your fogs on.

I just read the entire Highway Traffic Act for Ontario and it says nothing about driving w/ fogs in the city. It might be different for Quebec, though....especially since in Quebec you cannot turn right on a red light.
