Question Those with Apexi V-AFC

Can you give me the exact dimensions of the control unit HxWxD. I'm most concerned with the thickness of the controller.

Thanks,

Neil

If you can wait, my car is at home.
I'll measure it later today.

Thanks, that'd be great.

I'm thinking about custom mounting it into the CD holder. I'm thinking you could pop open the cd case, and the controller would be spring loaded, with a magnetic latch, kinda like the on a stereo cabinet. It would be laying flat on the top of the cd holder. Press down on the controller and it would pop up. Press down on it again and it would lock down.

That way you could hide it from prying eyes, but still get to it when you needed to.

Whatya think?

That would be PHAT!!! but it's taller(laying down) than the CD holder but if you do a custom job on the whole space, it'll work!!
I'm installing mines in the Eye glass holder... it'll fit perfectly, just do some cutting and make a face plate!!!

Is the V-AFC worth it? My friend has one for sale and I am thinking of getting it. He is getting rid of it for $200.

Ok, i guess I will get it. Doesn't it void the factory warranty though? I don't want anything to go wrong with my car.
