for those who didn't know already...we're supposed to use 1156 bulbs instead of 7440 for the rear signal lights, but they don't fit exactly. all i did was file down one of the metal bits that stick out on the bulb.
hope this answers some questions.

There are no aftermarket tails, they are from the Honda Inspire in Japan. They are identical to the new 2002 Tails, which are about $150 cheaper in the US.

Thanks for the info.
I'm on my way to the dealer to order mine today.. I'm getting the tails, harness, and signal bulbs. What about the brake lights, are they different?

I ended up coloring my stock rear turn signal lights with a red marker. I know that was pretty ghetto...But doesn't look that bad, I kind of like it now. It shines a dark neon pink-red color.
