taking off trim

does anyone know how to take off this piece of trim without bending?

how much would it cost to replace if it was to bend?

i imagine that if you have the window all the way down you may be able to pop the clips out from the inside that hold it on. maybe with a slim screwdriver or something.

maybe someone else here knows more about it though.

there is a etch they can spray on the chrome that will allow paint to bond to chrome just fine. i used it on my (sold to friends uncle) trucks front bumper and grill back in 99 and the paint hasnt chipped off yet
