System lean or poss fuel system issue?

Hey guys. Really new to this thread and also new to the DIY world on cars.. loving it alot and learning few things I've been doing minor things like oil changes brake jobs head/fog/tail light replacements air filter and cabin filter replacements. I have an 03 TL base. Had it for a year its got 115k miles on it total.. but i also realize i bought it at a time where its time for everything to start getting replaced at around 120k. I bought it last summer. I live in NYC with some brutal winters. In the winter I had an issue of starting it. it would start really hard, especially on a slant.. and then it would warm up and run fine again.. when the winter was over everything went back to normal on the start ups.. but about 3 months ago i had a knock sensor fail and i replaced it.. the mechanic said the way honda makes the engine he has to go inside the engine to replace the sensor. he replaced it and then a few days later CEL came on. Plugged up the scanner to it and said it was running lean for about 4 days.. then it went off.. and hasnt been back on sense.. but now 2 months later i feel a slight power loss during acceleration and a sort of "idle" in engine speed when decelerating at around 2000rpms and then i just wait for it to catch itself before i accelerate again. Some shuttering here and there as well.. so now im wondering .. if that knock sensor issue really went away or if a fuel system issued has started?? maybe change the plugs? i checked the ignition coils they are all good condition but i havent been able to reach the plugs yet.. going to buy a magnetic socket for them tomorrow
