swirl marks

i just finsihed washing/claying my car. It was getting kinda of late so i thought i would just wax the trunk and see how it comes out. There were a LOT of streaks caused by the wax, is there any way to fix this? I was using Meguair's gold class car wax and i used a clay magic claybar. thanks for the help.

Swirl marks : use 3m Swirl Mark remover for dark or light cars (different products) as your polish in your detailing routine. Did this on saturday on my 110,000 mile jet black car, it continually impresses me.
Streaks: I am not familiar with Meguiars, but when I have streaks (usually comes from applying too much product) I find that if you mist with some quick detail ( I use zymol field glaze, but eagle wet wipe and shine or similar quick detailer will work) the streaks will come off pretty easily.

I called Meguires about the streaks and they said it is just residue. Cure: mist car, dry. Works every time.
