I would do the springs first and sways later.

Springs are both appearance and performance enhancers. Sways... they just improve handling performance.

What you should do together w/ springs is the shocks. If you have the money to do the shocks now, it'd be better to do it at the same time since when you're changing springs, you'd take out the shocks too. Also, you will have to do the alignment only once as opposed to once after spring install and another after shock install.

I'd do the sway's first b/c they do not affect the harshness of the ride but significantly reduce body roll.
BUT, if you care more about lowering the car than ride quality I'd do the springs first.

Get springs first, then if that's not enough for you, get the sways.

Well, I will get the sway, and perhaps get coil-over in the future...

But again, I have to deal with potholes, winter, and bababa up here in Canada. If you want to lower your ride, then go with spring. It will also reduce the nose dive.

Save up some more money and get coilovers, NEX or Apexi, and you don't need to worry about shocks later. They handle so much better than springs or sways alone, IMO.
