I don't have any of those suspension mods on my car, but from what I understand, the sway will not reduce the nose dive.

Swaybar also known as anti-roll bar will reduce body roll, but will not change the up and down body movement. So the car can still be pretty soft(comfortable) with sway.

So if you want to reduce the nose dive, get the spring.

They are both the same price about..
Sways improve handling, and springs improve handling AND improve your car's looks..You decide..

i'm w/ed... get the springs... comptechs are good, but give it a day, you'll get twenty different opinions... get the BRA lol later...
btw... how fast do you drive and slam on your breaks that you need to reduce noise dive... if you do it that often... don't lower your car, you make it sound like you slam to the ground everytime you drive... so i'd raise my car about 3 or 4 feet... that should prevent it a bit... and get some big foot tires or something...
see ya friday...

anyone agree????????????

ROTFLMAO!!! Oh man, I never heard that one before. Get the sway bra first since you won't to worry about wearing out your stock shocks. I got about 15,000 miles on my stock shocks after I had my Eibach springs installed.
