I'll try to answer your question based on all 3 assumptions...pick and choose.
If you are talking about struts (shocks):
No comment...I dont have neuspeed shocks.
If you are talking about the strut bar:
There is 2 offered on this site. Neuspeed is cheaper because it has less parts (less volume, less mass). All it is is a bar with 2 welds in the end conecting to 2 of the rods that the struts connects to. Why is Eibach more expensive? I can only assume is that it has more parts. It is a 3 piece design with the ends connected together by a bar held with 1 large bolt. The ends are somewhat better than Neuspeed's though because they actually tie all 3 strut bolts down...whereas the neuspeed only uses 2 on each side. How well does it fit alongside with the stock bar? I dont know...I personally dont have the eibach so I cannot comment...but the Neuspeed bar fits great.
If you are talking about sway bars:
Neuspeed IS the most expensive. WHY? Because you buy the front bar seperately from the rear bar. You have 2 options for the rear bar (19mm or 25mm). Combine the front bar with the rear and you have an over all more expensive set than comptech's or eibach...yet at the same time have more mass than any other combination because not only is the rear bar 25mm vs comptech's 22mm or eibach's 23mm...but you also have a completely solid front 27mm bar.
If you're budget only allows $300 for sways, then by all means get the Eibach set. I hate to start a flame war...but the only reason why people bought the Comptech sways to begin with was because the eibach's set was not readily available untill a much later date, regardless of the "They only make parts for our cars" defense.
