Sway bar compatibility

I will be installing Comtech Swaybars to my 02' TL-S real shortly. I also have a 00' Honda Accord EX V6. Will the stock TL-S sway bars be compatible with the Accord? Will it be worth the trouble to put them in? I'm not sure if the TL-S' stock sway bars will be any better than the ones on the Accord, if it has any. I'm wondering because I know both cars are built on the same platform. Also, I just received the Neuspeed strut bar for my TL-S and it was marked "For 98'-00 Honda Accord."

Also, the TL-S rear bar is thicker than the accord's. Not sure about front.
