Suspension
strut bars - gives more support for the body when you lower your car cause when you lower it, it puts extra stress on the body of the car. The strut bar helps strengthen the body and prevents twisting of the body.
sway bars - they're used for improved handeling, i'm not too sure how they work, it basically helps with the handeling of the car.
ground control - down force stuff
the rest are all stuff i'm not too clear about.

As mentioned, strut bars stregthen the body to prevent twisting. The TL has one -looking in the engine bay, its the black tubular bar running L/R between the top of each strut tower.
Sway bars and anti-roll bars are the same thing. They tie the body to the suspension thus the stiffer the bar, the less body roll or body lean while cornering. Your TL has them too, but they are not as stiff as Comptechs.
Ground controls is a brand name of a sleeve-type coil-over.
Damper is usually another name for a shock absorber.
