Surprising decision I got from North Toronto Acura

so i brought my A-Spec in to the dealer today because of excessive swirl marks. The service guy took one look at the car and was like "wow, we really didn't do a great job prepping this car before you picked it up", so I was like "what do you plan on doing about it" he's like, "bring me the car monday, and I'll have the car sent out for the day and have it all re-buffed (high speed), and use a polisher that will take out 99% of the swirls you have on the car.

I just want to revoke my statement about them being a crappy dealership. It is the first time I've witnessed them caring about my car!!! are they under new management? All I can say is "WOW" I'm impressed.

Thanks to Vicman17 for recommending I contact my dealer. You've been a great help and a great asset to this forum!!! God Bless!!!

Take care guyz!

BTW this is being done free of charge. I asked him "What's this gonna cost me" he was like "I will eat the costs", I think he would be referring to the dealership, but hey, as long as the money ain't coming out of my pocket I got no problem with that!

like their expression....
anyways when I first got there... went to the reception desk, the lady knew I was there but kept talking to her colleague. I waited for about 1 min or so before she turned over to ask me what I wanted....

was directed to the service desk, the only person sitting there was some fat guy so I walked over but before I even spoke a word he scold at me and told me he has a customer which walked out... so I was like wtf..... anyways a women came to help me (her name was Sue I believe) but the look on her face was sort of wat I described above, anyways she had attitude problem too... anyhow I don't think I will be going back to North Toronto after being to Markham. North Toronto needs to seriously clean up its act with customer service!

I totally agree. I never do go to NTA for that reason, the only reason I'm going there, is cause they're having the wholle car re-buffed and fixed up free of charge. The only reason Markham isn't doing that is cause I didn't buy the car from them. In any event, once my car is re-buffed to my standards, I'll never set foot in NTA again.
