Supercharger questions

1. Hey would i benefit from flarger injectors ? I want to keep about the same gas mileage but dont want to fry my motor by having stock 330 injectors

Would i benefit from buying a set of 440 Bosch Greentops?

2. can i still use my aem with comptech supercharger?

3. how much can i boost before i need to start building the motor ... i want to be around 10psi ... i was told i need an intercooler .. what else though

4. where can i get some cheap but nice gauges for my car .. fuel pressure regulator .. and boost

5. Im thinking about putting the boost inside the middle ac vent ... like buring it behind the vents (so the vent is still functional) and connecting it to a switch so i can activate the light on and off. The middle vent seems to never blow nearly as hard as the others anyways ... Will the constant cold air effect the acuracy of the gauge?

Also i need to find a place to house my fuel pressure gauge ... where can i put this... keep in mind SLEEPER ... anyone have any ideas ... i thought of the cupholders, but thats to obvious and i need them

thanks guys

it comes with icebox so i think it is better gain than AEM

and it won't be the same gas mileage for sure, supercharger usually gives 3-4mpg less than usual

Doesn't the fuel pressure gauge require a fuel line be routed to it?

Why would you want a fuel line routed inside the passenger compartment?

1. Hey would i benefit from flarger injectors ? I want to keep about the same gas mileage but dont want to fry my motor by having stock 330 injectors
Larger injectors would allow you to lower the fuel pressure closer to where it is without the fuel pressure regulator. Your stock injectors are not 330s, They are more like 250-270. You need to grind the fuel rail to fit larger injectors.
2. can i still use my aem with comptech supercharger?
Not without cutting it apart and fabricating a way to make it bolt up.

3. how much can i boost before i need to start building the motor ... i want to be around 10psi ... i was told i need an intercooler .. what else though
You'll need 440cc injectors, intercooler, e-manage, and a VERY GOOD tune to keep the car reliable for daily driving.

4. where can i get some cheap but nice gauges for my car .. fuel pressure regulator .. and boost
You won't find gauges cheaper than the ones I'm selling.

5. Im thinking about putting the boost inside the middle ac vent ... like buring it behind the vents (so the vent is still functional) and connecting it to a switch so i can activate the light on and off. No problem mounting it there except it'll be a PITA to do.

No it doesn't it is an electronic gauge. There is a 3 wire electrical pressure sensor.

Cheap gauges monitoring the health of an expensive SC install....makes sense to me.

A fuel pressure gauge is really required. A boost gauge is just for show. You can feel and hear if you aren't getting full boost.
