Sunroof squeak fixed
They used lube instead of the teflon tape. Took care of more noises than I thought were coming from the sunroof. Took care of some I thought were coming from the headliner, etc.
She's so quiet now! :p

The dealer fixed the sunroof rattling problem for me a few months ago using teflon tape and I'm satisfied with it so far. However, I'm starting to hear new rattling coming from somewhere by the driver door (seems to be around the door release lever). Of course, when I bring it into the dealer, the rattling noise went away.
anybody experiencing the same problem?

Squeeky sunroof
Yeah I'm having the same prob. with my sunroof. The thing squeeks and another one that squeeks is my driver side seatbelt. I don't think anything is more anoying than a squeeky car!

I fixed the seatbelt squeak a long time ago used a good oil and lubricated the posts on the female side where they attach way down on the side of the seat. I think it was 3-in-1 that had a cool extendable tip to there oil container, worked great, the squeak hasn't come back.
They used sort of silicone based lube for the sunroof, we'll see how long it lasts.

the headliner is the material portion of your roof, the part your head hits if you hit a bump. There was a fix awhile back because someone had a squeak up there and that sounded like what I had also, but it was all in the sunroof.
I noticed the squeaking especially going into driveways etc, that caused the body to flex or twist. Not anymore!
