its a tape like mat you can put on the inside panels to keep the rattling down, also close the sunroof inside flap too, sometimes the flap can rattle in the open position.

the longer and louder you play bass the more things are going to rattle, i know....

I know what dynamat is I meant like what would I dynamat on the sunroof area?

My trunk is already fully covered and that helped a lot, but now this seems like its almost a metal or something that has come loose..idk..

I planned on it, but the weird thing is that I've tried playing my music loud to see if it would do it then as well but it only does it when I am driving..

I dont think there is anything you can do about the sunroof very much. Mines rattles and I dont even have a sub. I think it has to do with the seals getting loose and the glass does not seal as tight as it did brand new. I have really high spring rates and my car bounces quite a bit. I hear creaks and all kinds of noise coming from the sunroof. I would try to replace the seal first and see what happens. Maybe that will tighten up the glass to the roof and not make it rattle as much.

Dynamat wont do any thing for the sunroof seal. Probably not much you can do about that. Maybe take some seal conditioner like 303 and condition the rubber.

Trying keeping it open like fully or close it and then close the flap thing on the inside, I did that and it solved it, but otherwise idk I never really checked out what the problem was.

i have the same issue but its the plastic trim piece around the inside of the glass for the sunroof. when sitting in the driver seat look up and you can see the black plastic it runs around the sunroof. if you press it up against the sunroof glass as it is making the sound it should go away. just wedge a small piece of paper or some plastic tape. mine started to do this just the other week.
