Question strut bar

Hi guys,

I'm looking to improve my steering and decrease the body roll on turns. I'm planning to get many things as my signature says. But first of all, i'm looking if anyone has the eibach pro-control bar. I've done lots of searches but it seems like everyone has the neuspeed upper strut bar. I've read the neuspeed is an addition to our OEM bar, while the eibach is a whole replacement. And i've also read how useless the OEM bar is also. So i'd greatly appreciate if there's any feedback on the eibach. I'm hoping someone has got the eibach mod.

Thumbs up

To decrease body roll and have better handling, you should get the Comptech sway bars!!! I still have stock wheels, shocks, and springs. Those sway bars made such a huge difference! Do a search and you'll see that everyone is extremely happy with them. Plus they're easy to install.
Peter.

go visit Acura-cl.com and do a search there. The only eibach pro control bar i've ever seen was in that forum. It's been debated before...the dual strut bar option should out perform the single eibach bar. Look at it closely...it is made out of 3 pieces with pivot joints to connect the bar to the strut mounts. Also...if you really think the OEM stut bar doesnt do anything...if/when you replace it with the eibach bar, you can always sell it to accord users, since just like our other suspention components and exhaust, they feel that it's an upgrade from what they already have.

Either way good luck. I try not to favor ANY brands at all and look at each part individually for what it is (imagine being the judge of all the bars without the associated name behind it) and base my decision on that. As for strut bars in general...I favor those that dont have pivot points.

I recently put the TL-S strut bar on my accord, didn't notice a huge difference, but definately better than the stock braces my car came with, plus I got it for only 40 bucks. I've heard a lot of people liking the Neuspeed bar, I'm thinking about adding that here pretty soon.

I've done a search on the CL Forum...what i've read was that the Neuspeed is a one-piece bar and will perform well under severe conditions both horizontally n vertically since it's also an addition to our OEM strut bar. The Eibach is a 3-piece and replaces our OEM strut bar and seems to only help horizontally.

But I question y Eibach designed theirs like that. Hmm. Any theories?
