Yeah, this has been ongoing for at least 2 years now... if you do a search you'll see many, many topics about people who had their headlights stolen or tampered with on their CLs/TLs as well as Maximas. That's why many people add a shock sensor to the factory alarm.... helps deter them since the stock alarm has no protection.

yea i know..just giving a warning out...sucks.... thats why when i go to the movies...etc...i park ass first...so my front is visible....but if they want them they will take them regardless...but a shock sensor will help out for sure....on the show i was watching the car manufacturers are blaming the police and the theives.....the car manufacturers need to step up to the plate and take care of it on their end also.

Thats right, hook a claymore to the back of the headlight

Goddamnit man i'm sorry to hear that. I live in queens I swear I live in fear with my car and that blows. My best friend has an 02 Maxima and they tried jacking his lights too....but for some reason they didn't finish the job. Whitestone Queens and any other parts of northern queens are notorious for HID thefts.

They should make removeable headlights so that when you park, you can remove them and store them in a safe place.

Or make a grill for each of the headlight !

Cheers !!!

Read my post about anti-theft options

i truly think it is ashame we have to drive our car in fear.

My friend got his car taken from his house. He lives in Queens, NY. NYPD got his car (Shell, lojack+battery) back in 28 days.
