stock type S Suspension VS After Market
how much better does a LOWERED Type S handle around corners compared to a stock Type S suspension. I know it will perform better for sure... but i'm just not sure if its worth the money to invest in some after market suspensions...btw i have a TL-S A-Spec.... I do love the way the TL's can look so smooth when lowered.
Also... do I need to get a camber kit? I sorta like the the look of the wheels with negative camber when lowered.
Will there be a big problem with uneven tire ware if I lower the car about 1.5 inches?
Any suggestions and replies will be very much appreciated.. thanks...

Hope this helps you to make a good decision...

Chewi,
Most people use springs to lower their car for aesthetic reasons. If you want better handling, get Comptech sway bars (you can get them at Acura Woodbine).
If you want to get rid of SUV styling, then get some springs.
P.S. You can use any springs designed for 98-02 accord V6 so you may want to check out www.torontoaccords.com in the classifieds as there are often good deals there

My car grips the road alot nicer sine I installed the HR Sports and handles corners alot better. The ride is a bit stiffer, but I like it more than stock.
Plus it looks sexy as phuck now. :P

IMHO,
If you're go 'performance handling' mods to the TL, here would be my assessment from most significant to least.
1) sways
2) tires (wider / lower profile tires make a world of difference)
3) springs/shocks
4) strut bar
I'm sure there are other mods that I didn't think of, but that's what I've done to the car thus far. My $0.02 ...
