Stock rotor weight?

Anyone know the stock rotor weight? I did a basic search and found some aftermarket stuff, but not stock. My dealer's service guys are all tied up as well...

I 'unofficially' weighed my new EBC dimpled/slotted rotors and they are 18.5lbs! Ouch...Just trying to get some sort of comparison...

I doubt there is much difference in weight, since all rotors have to have about the same specs - diameter, thicknes, etc. And since material is the same, weight should not vary.

Depends on what you define as not "much" or "about the same". If it is greater than 4 pounds or so, the performance gains should be perceivable. But to someone who knows no better, 4 pounds sounds trivial. Either way, there is clearly differences all the way around-slight or not...

By not much I mean 1 pound. And "about the same" means "pretty much the same" - it has to be, since the diameter and the thicknes of the rotor must be the same as OEM, + or - 0.5 mm.

Of course, it is only my opinion, but there is no way to achieve 4 pound difference when all rotors are made of the same material. And I am pretty sure there are no ceramic rotors for TL.

Hey apple, I talked to OP Acura (parts) and the guy said that this info is not even in the service manual. I have not look at the manual myself but this is what he said.
