Stock Radio Problem Helpppp

Aight so im driving the other day listening to a cd....and all of a sudden the stock headunit stopped playing the cd.....so i tried switching to a different disk and no go....so knowing that the headunit blows and always gets f"d up today i tried disconnecting the battery and letting the headunit reset thinking maybe something electrical just got f'd up....i reconnect the battery take out my glovebox manual and proceed to input the radio code......only the radio code doesnt work .....so now im stuuck without even being able to listen to the radio.....any suggestions...i think im just gonna have to go to acura and let them take care of it because i dont know any other way to handle it....i bought the car with this headunit and have not had it removed for any reason....also this is the only radio card ive had for the car so i guess the a**hole who owned the car before me had the radio replaced and never put the card in the car........i guess it just might be time to pick up a ddx8017

unplug the antenna behind the radio and plug it back in.. then put in your code and you should be good!

Try holding down 1 and 6 buttons and see if this easy method works first. The antenna cable will work for sure but will take a little to remove the panel covers.
