stock muffler tips

stock muffler tips
I can't seem to loosen the bolts on the clamp for some reason. Any one have any ideas on how to help loosen?

theres a good chance its rusted on good. i took an ordinary wrench and bent the nut a little bit so that it was diaganol, then slowly twisted the tips off.

or if you have some wd40 at home, spray the nuts/screws and let them soak for a couple of hours. Keep spraying some on every so often.

when i took mine off the bolt heads broke off pretty easily. They may be doomed and need some new bolts... or just new tips altogether
