Have the cooling system pressure checked for leaks. The motor must be up to and above normal operating temp at idle before the cooling fan will activate.

Leave the rad cap off, let the motor run with the heat and blower on high, once the rad boils over without any air bubbles.....rev the rpms up a bit and make sure that the fan comes on, turn motor off and let cool, top off rad and overflow tank, replace rad cap and then monitor the situation.
That was the reason for changing the top and bottom one, they looked good but one day i just happen to squeeze the hose right after turning it off and the line didn't stay tight and heard air escape. So changed those last night, backed her up on a hill and left it there for a good 20+ mins with cap off and heater one full blast. Once thermostat opened up saw bubbles coming up, fan still not on at that point, turned the a/c on to make sure fans were working they were, so switched it back to heat and left until the fan turned on. Topped it off and reservoir, took it for a spin still idle issue, so just parked her and trying to figure out whats next.

I even offered her blood and still no go! plenum gasket is sharp!

What i find weird is that if its a cooling system issue and how would it be solved by bleeding it? how is it that the revs up and down are happening while the cap is off during the bleed process. i would assume that if the cooling system sensors were being thrown off, would be after the fact of closing the cap???

Things i've noticed recently, with the a/c on i have no tranny kicks or kinks at all. The idle at certain times starts to rise and gets to the 1k and than the moment the fans kick in the idle goes right back to normal where its suppose to be.

9.4% and also have a look at ECT, that's the engine coolant temp sensor see what it says and post the results.
