I cleared my headlights and it fogged up. I took them off a few days later and made sure the water had evaporated. I made sure I got all the spots i missed and it still fogs up. I am positive I there is no leak but i guess there is. I must be missing something????

 

i had the same problem. i took it out and opened and resealed it twice and it still gets froggy when i go thru a car wash. i was sure that i sealed it tite too. and now my headlights dont shine straight . i think you need to open the whole thing up again and redo it.

man i had some bad issues with the clearing of my headlights, i'd rather not get into it.

 

I'm knocking on wood here, but I haven't had ANY PROBLEMS after I cleared mine... I don't go through car washes anymore so I can't test that.
