Still experience rough idling...what should I do?

I have been experiencing rough idling for the past couple of months. I already told acura about this problem, and they claim that they hooked up the ECM and no error codes showed up. They advised me to use Sunoco 94 octane for the time being. I have filled up about 11 times since then, and have put 1 full bottle of redline fuel injector treatment in the tank. Still the idling is there, and I'm only writing this because I feel like the shaking has gotten worse.

I have done exactly what they told me to do, and still nothing has fixed it. Should I ask them to do a complete engine flush next week when I bring it back?

btw the car only has 14000 km on it, which is like 8-9k miles.

any ideas what this could be? I am not experiencing any knocking or ticking noises from the engine, just rough idling when in park.

and yes I turned off the stereo and a/c when testing this.

any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I think others with the same problem had to get their idle valve (not sure of the name) replaced.
