Stevens Creek Acura
I have to say that I have had horrible experiences there but they have a new service manager and some new underwriters that seem to have their shit together. Actually, the service manager is a stand up guy. This time I got my car back fixed and with no scratches! Thought I would share with the folks who have had issues with them in the past....

for the love of god. finally they even try to get thier act together. That place is just a joke when i went there. I mean why have a customer service center if you dont even listent to the customer? And why have a service manager when he seems like all he knows how to do is get himself off with his finger up his ass.
honda,acura, god who knows what other car companies on stevens creek is not even worth recognizing. They all seem to have this attitude of what you want, come back after my 3 hour lunch break kid!

i got my car at sunnyvale acura and have brought it there for everything. no complaints here, bring it there for oil change and whatever problems i had. i live alot closer to stevens creek acura and went there first to check out cars and they suck

the service rep was a guy named mack. good follow through.
service manager is paul.
had a coupon for 29.95 and used standard oil. - leased car...
