stereo question - 2000 TL non-navi

I have a 2000 TL-P non-navi. I'm about to take the plunge and purchase an iPod interface. The problem is that I've considered several sites and am receiving conflicting information. Some tell me that my OEM radio has the old 8-pin plug, but others say that it's the 14-pin. I can't find any pictures or info to confirm this either way for my specific model year. Can one of you stereo gurus help me out?
