I have an ipod and it says that you can connect it to some cars using a stereo input jackand 3.5 mm stereo connectors. i have a 2000 tl. id like to know if my car has an input jack. if it doesnt can it get one for a decent price?

 

Stock HU do not have RCA input jacks. You need to get blitzsafe

 

is there a way to hook an ipod up thru blitzsafe AND keep the factory CD changer? In other words is there an extra input on the factory head unit?

 

yes and no... there are some cd changers that in dash that some come with and input for another cd changer or in this case blitzafe but i was told that some models wont have the extra input... like the HU that i took out of my car has it. its the 6 cd changer in dash and it has the extra input for whatever use you want it for... ill take some pics

 

it should be able to be done on the 2000 headunit and the blitsafe conector

 

It can be done with Blitzsafe with the stock HU.

I use the I-Trip there is some interference but the Blitzsafe would take of that.

Who else uses the Ipod in their rides?
