got both cv joints replaced and just picked it up... drove it home (about 5-10 mins) and drove fine and didnt feel any vibration and felt good... i used to have a little click sound when i reversed and pressed the breaks hard and i dont even have that now...

the guy said i need to change all four rotors and break pads, and he said about $400-$500 for that, is that a good price or wait around? my breaks seem fine.

Yo, I got new brakes and rotors from RockAuto... i installed the brake pads myself, but the rotors are a bitch.... I need to install those soon....

that price is kinda high... could buy the parts cheaper and install yourself...

If your boy Sean will let us use his lifts, then this could be an easy job, give him a ring and let me know... we can maybe meet up and do it together...

changing the brakes and rotors is easy...unless the damn screw that holds the rotor on is rusted and stuck in there, then its a bit of a bitch but it still comes off.

go to the parts store and buy an "impact driver". Handy little tool that will fix your "screw stuck" woes. Put it in the right-handed thread position and put the driver in the screw, take out latent hostility with a hammer to the back of the impact driver a few times, and voila! The hammer fixed your problems (not to mention you feel better!)!

Sweet! Glad it is fixed.

Also, not too sure on the price? they are not too hard if you have a bit of mechanic in you!

no more vibration, but still hear like a click sound sometimes... like i think i need new bushings since those were smashed and never replaces...

like if i go reverse and then press the breaks hard, i can hear a little click sound (it used to be the drivers side front wheel would actually move, but i dont think it does that anymore... do you guys think its the bushing or something wrose?

if you got hit in the wheel then it could be a variety of control arm things. Check your balljoingts and tie rod ends. and endlinks. Also, go read through this thread https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=178869
