steering wheel vibration

I have been having a problem with avibration in the steering wheel. I have balanced the tires several times and it persists. The tires have been rotated and I still fel a vibration.... it seems to be worse starting and reduces as the trip progresses. Any ideas on what the problem might be would be appreciated. I recently got 4 new tires (Dunlop Sport A1's) and the vibration is still there.

Some people have reported that the vibration is a result of warped rotors and worn out brake pads.

If you get the vibration when you braking, it's definately wraped rotors & pads. If you get the vibration while you're driving, it might be the balance, tire pressure, or out of alignment.
