the steering wheel vibrates when the car is completely stopped in drive like for example when i am at a red light. however, right after i accelerate to about 5 mph, the vibration goes away. Is this normal?

It looks like that is a “feature” of this car. It is interesting that a steering wheel is completely dead on Honda Accord, the way it should be, but on TL it slightly vibrates when the engine idles even though engine has those hydraulic mounts. This quite surprised me and I thought my car has problem until I checked 4 or 5 other TL-s. Does anybody know the reason why?

it's a 2002 tl-p. the steering vibrates regardless of the AC. The wheel doesnt vibrate when i apply the brakes. It only vibrates when the car is stationary and the brakes are fully applied.
