steering wheel swap?

Would a steering wheel from a 04+ tl or tsx fit on a 02-03 tl?

Yeah a couple of people did the RSX swap but I think there were issues with the bag.

I actually have an RSX steering wheel that I've been waiting to install but we're still unsure of the airbag being compatible.

Mine is an 01 and I believe only the 03 was a dual stage airbag...

I don't know much about the technical side but I heard that it might not be possible to wire up the RSX bag to mine because of that issue.

Anyways...if anybody knows the answer to that I'd really like to know if I can proceed and since our cars are the same maybe it's helpful knowledge to share.

But I like the idea of the 3rd Gen TL wheel.

I don't think anyone has done that in the CL...just MDX, RSX I know for sure.

I'm sure its possible, but it's a matter of having to replace more than a reasonable amount of parts. I don't think it would be worth it if you want the volume/cruise to work. If the airbags don't work, then you should definitely not try it.
