steering wheel controls

anyone having problems with the radio controls on the wheel?
pressing lower volume increases volume and pressing increase volume changes channel?!?!?!?!?
I had this problem with a 98 cl also... any takers???

Had the same prob. The dealer said it is a known prob and they replaced it. Havent had a prob since.

yes...its a problem with the ground path on the steering coulmn bearing...actually a service bulliten on this(#03-015)...fairly easy fix, the bearing cover just needs to be "dimpled"...HTH
