I just received my PAC SWI-JACK Steering wheel control unit today, and I need some instruction on the installation. I've looked at the user's manual and it's very confusing. Is it possible for someone who had experience with installing this unit to walk me through the process(pics would be great).

 

I also have bought the PAC SWI-PS for a Pioneer Headunit. As jvxdragon said, the instruction is really confusing. Had anyone installed it on a MDX? Thanks

 

Take you time installing these. Im a professional installer and even in double check instructions on the pac SWI modules. They also come out with new software revisions on these every once in a while. So its best to read over ALL the instructions till you understand.

On another note. Metra/Access have made a super easy to program/install steering wheel interface.

In my 2003 TL type S i just opened my steering control up and switched out some of the resistors. Im waiting on ordering a few more resistor values as well, because i added a rocker switch on the side of the control to get a couple extra buttons.
