Do those buttons and the cruise control buttons light up? Cause mine dont but it wouldnt be the first interior bulb ive replaced since i got this car.

 

No they dont at first it really bothered me but then I figured the whole point of steering wheel controls is so you dont have to look to change the radio so I got used to it after awhile.

 

no they dont...i think its pretty obviouse that theyre painted on...but aye i gotta question about the steering controls too though...mine only work when the steering wheels is damn near completly straight...is that normal?? n when im turnin n tryinna turn the volume it changes the song...for instance if im turnin the volume up and and turnin (doesnt matter which way, i think) itll change the song up, n vice versa...anybody else have this same situation??

 

No thats diffenently not I have my car parked before and the steering wheel was upside down and it still worked fine some place there is a sort or maybe a cross wiring or something wrong.

 

^^^i usually dont really have that problem when im parked...but sometimes i do have to move itto get it to work, even if its not to the straight position...fuck it i guess

 

all the switches on the driver side suppose to light up? all 4 window switches? and what about the passenger side buttons?

 

Yeah they light up a soft green.

No, there is something wrong with your wiring because mine changes in whatever position it is in.

 

make sure the window lock switch is off. When its on the others wont light up

 

I thought the window lock switch was like a child lock so passengers cant roll down their own windows. But on my (our) car when that switch is on the driver cant even controll the windows. WHats up with that?
