Steering Wheel

Any thoughts on repairing instead of replacing all the black scuff marks on my steering wheel.

I have tried a leather cleaner but did not work very well.

Haven't used it yet. Search google and youtube, seems like some good stuff.
It was recommended to me from a member on here.

I will be doing it on a tan steering wheel and making it black.

According to their website.

~some cleaning, sanding (400 grit) and spraying and you have a new steering wheel.
