thx, Kris.
i am in the middle of doing the wheel bearings and lower ball joints...and putting back on the OEM exhaust manifold and J pipe and new brakes and shocks and putting back the OEM front springs.
The steering rack is right there...and it's leaking.
i just got a price for a reman rack and 2 new tie rods...260 with core return and 65.00 for 2 moog tie rods.
not a bad price at all.

measure the tie rods and set the new ones the same length- makes it easier to drive to the alignment shop after the work is done
Be sure to tell the alignment guy about all the new parts
rack is just bolts and grease to deal with
see owner book for flushing details DIY- you may want to do a real flush with a bit of seafoam to clean the pump and lines before new rack install, requires a few sets of fill and pump out but well worth it-
keep it all clean inside is my opinion
But then,, I change brake fluid every year
USE HONDA PS FLUID

how do i find and get to the "pinch" bolt that holds the steering column to the input shaft on the steering rack.
man its in a tight place...
do i just push that grommet up until i see the bolt?
also...does anyone know the size of nuts on the power steering lines?
