Does this happen when it's in park and/or drive? In other words, if you let go of the brakes slowly while in drive, and the car starts moving and makes a squeaking sound, then it's probably your pads.

But if this happens while in park, as in the car is not moving at all, but still makes a sound as you release the brake pedal, then it's your brake booster. It's got a leak.

maybe ur brake pad worn out and the metal from it is touching the rotor. iuno
