Squeaking Passenger Seat

Everytime someone sit in the passenger seat and the car goes over something bumpy, the seat squeaks. How can trouble shoot the location and/or eliminate it? What should I use to eliminate whatever making the squeaky nose? Spray it with WD40?

Got the same problem but only when they use the seatbelt.

I found that the passenger's seat belt assembly caused my squeakiness. I sprayed the bolts on the left hand insert for the passenger's belt and that seemed to do the trick for me. I would stay away from WD40; I used a silicone spray on the bolt. Careful not to get the inside of the buckle sprayed, I believe there is a sensor within. Do a search I believe other have reported this as well, with different causes.
