Springs...

Ok, I was looking at the competech springs, and I was wondering if they were good or not. Pretty much everything else comptech makes is awesome, I just wanted to know if their springs were good too. I want to lower my car, and put rims on it. (I want to do 19's) Does anyone here have any suggestions for this setup, and/or any pics of a 99 TL with comptech lowering springs, and a 19 inch rim set? Will I need a camber adjuster?

Will I have any problems turning, or rubbing, or things like that.

I'm sure someone here has done it before. Lemme know...

The Comptechs are not bad. Depends on what your going for. They are the most conservative of all springs. With 19s you will have some wheel gap. The ride is practically stock but the performance is way better.

What do you mean, a gap?? The springs lower 1.75-1.5 inches, front-back. How will I have a gap with 19's? I barely have a gap with 16's? I'm confused....

Technically comptechs are 1.5 front and 1.0 rear. What I mean by gap is that if u can stick a finger in between the tire and your fender...you have a gap. The more fingers you can stick through that gap...the bigger of a gap...and so on...

Look at my sig, thats the gap he's talking about. I have Comptech springs and 19's. Its dropped enough for me, I wanted to keep some quality to the ride.

I loved my Comptechs when I had them.
You won't need camber adjusters with Comptechs.
Just get an alignment afterwards.
