Springs

I am planning on getting H&R Sport Springs which say it will drop my car 1.75 in the front and rear on a (2002 TLS), but when i called a professional, he said that those srings will only drop it about an inch in the front and only .75 in the back because of the Type-S already having lowered springs! I need some feedback from people who have the H&R Sport Springs on a Type S A.S.A.P!

wrong. I have the H&R Sports and they drop almost the exact 1.75" that is advertised. Check pics in sig for proof .

Oh and BTW, I would get the springs installed by another "professional" b/c the one you called obviously has no clue whatsoever. The Type-S springs have a tighter (stiffer) spring rate... but the TL-S is no lower then the TL-P from the factory.

Fire the professional.

The H&R springs were designed for the Accord which weighs less than the TL. So if anything you'll drop slightly more than the advertised. Or exactly like Juniorbean.

I have the H&R OE Sports on my Type S and dropped about 1" all around. Approx. .25" MORE than advertised.
